We believe empowering women creates the change we want to see in the world. And so we’re proud to be an alliance partner with Women for Women International, an organization dedicated to advancing women’s health and well-being by offering business and job skills training to women in conflict-ridden nations.Women for Women International believes that providing women a way to earn a living is the beginning of a powerful cycle of change that fights abuse, poverty and marginalization. The organization brings education and resources to women who have been affected by violence and war to enable them “to go from victim to survivor to active citizen.”
Since its creation, Women for Women International has given hope to more than 372,000 female survivors of war through its year-long program of direct aid, rights education, job skill training and small business development.
