Sensa Calm Weighted Blanket Review & Giveaway

Having a child with Sensory issues can be stressful especially at night. I was excited to try out a Weighted Blanket from Sensa Calm. They have some great licensed fabrics to choose from. I was sent their Cars blanket in their toddler/crib size and they start out at $69.95.

This is double sided and it is really fluffy.

He is 17 months and weighs 22 lbs and i got a 3lb blanket. How do you know what size and weight of a blanket to get? Here is what their site says.

For a small blanket take 10% of their body weight plus one pound. For a medium blanket take 10% of their body weight plus two pounds. For an adult-length blanket take 10% of their body weight plus three pounds. 

 Small weighted blankets are appropriate for babies and toddlers up to 4yrs of age and are sized approx. 34" x 50". Medium weighted blankets are approx. 38" x 62" and will fit a child 5-6 yrs old up to an average size adult. Adult length weighted blankets  are perfect for taller teens and adults and are approx. 38" x 72".

This one fits about the inside of his crib but it isn't a overwhelming size for him. Again I really love their fabric selection and they many choices.
